Một tính năng đáng ngạc nhiên khác của AnyDVD HD là công nghệ thay thế tập tin thông minh "magic file replacement(TM)". Tái xử lý các đĩa phim thương mại sử dụng các mã XML đơn giản. Các mã này sẽ thay thế các tập tin trên đĩa vật lý. Bạn có thể tùy biến các đĩa theo ý thích mà không cần tạo một bản sao trên đĩa cứng!
